Brandy Mojito

Crush a few mint leaves and place at the botton of a tube shaped glass. Next add the Brandy de Jerez, a tablespoon of sugar and the juice of half a lime. Mix all the ingredients together with a cocktail spoon. Add the crushed ice and finish with the soda.
