Bodegas Garvey Jerez founded in 1780 by William Garvey possesses an enriching historical legacy and a profound knowledge in the elaboration of sherry. The soleras of its barrels forever remind us of the past and the traditions of centuries of knowledge united with continuous investment to reach the optimum ageing.
Our Brandy Solera Gran Reserva Conde de Garvey was the result from a variety selected by the Earl de Garvey himself, Patricio Garvey. After trying it, he decided to keep it exclusively for individual and family use. Over 200 years in Solera and aged for over 60 years.
Colour: Dark mahogany with hints of aged copper.
Aroma: Potent and aromatic complexity so that it's harminous, subtle and distinguished at the same time. Unique in its aroma, emitting notes of cacao, vanilla, spices, hardwood and tabacco, highlighting an exceptionally old Brandy de Jerez.
Mouth: It's unique in its subtlety, warmth, length and harmony, presenting a fine balance between its sweetness and alcoholic strength, which offers an extraordinary subtle alcohol tone.
Aftertaste: Very long, powerful and subtle with a delicate finish from its great complexity.
Very important to be served with an elaborate dessert that invites you to appreciate it slowly.
