Bodegas Francisco Yuste consists of various bodegas in different parts of the city of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Each one of these nurtures soleras of over 100 years of age: the emblematic Manzanillas of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, the wines of the Conde de Aldama and the finest of Brandies, Punto Azul, aged in butts of oak from Costa Rica.

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Mahogany colour with bronze highlights.
Nose: Intense aromas of chocolate, liquorice and noble woods.
Palate: Intense, complex and velvety on the palate, with a slightly sweet, never-ending finish.

Serving suggestions:

Punto Azul is a very serious old Brandy which is best enjoyed slowly in a traditional balloon glass, perhaps with some ice.

Pairing: Cheese, bitter chocolate, nuts and cigars.
